SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping:
• On US orders of $100 or more!
• No coupon codes needed.
• Offer valid for U.S. orders placed at www.savingsluxe.com. Shipping does not count towards the qualifying amount. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers.
• QUALIFIES FOR STANDARD SHIPPING ONLY.
• EXPRESS AND PRIORITY SHIPPING ARE EXCLUDED.

PROCESSING TIME
• All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner.
• Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
• BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAY: All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-6 business days.
• We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
• We do not hold or accept responsibility nor provide refunds for packages that have been reported and/or confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier
• You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
**Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
• Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
US Orders:
1. USPS First class Mail (2-5 business days) **This option will only appear if your order weighs under one pound.**
2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
3. Free Shipping (2-5 business days)
4. USPS Express Mail (Processed and shipped within 1 business day, Delivery guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases) Express is NOT overnight (Signature required). Express orders need to be placed before 1pm EST to guarantee same day shipping
5. FedEx Priority Overnight (Processed and shipped the same day if placed by 1PM EST). Friday shipments will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is NOT available.
International Orders:
1. FedEx International Priority (5-7 business days)
2. USPS Priority mail (6-14 business days)
3. USPS Express Mail (5 -10 business days)
**All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with delivery times**
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
• When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

CUSTOM FEES?
• A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed.
• All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
• Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be, if any.  If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don’t, the package will be returned to us.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?
• In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received. If you don’t wish to receive a replacement item, we will gladly refund your return once we receive the item. Subject to the following: If UPS ground or FedEx ground is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If Overnight, Priority, 2 day, or 3 day services is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you and not the actual amount you spent. Please include all original packaging and attach a brief note explaining the defect, or indicate on your receipt the item shipped in error.
