We will gladly accept eligible returns within fifteen (15) days of the shipped date. Please see our full return policy details below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Item(s) must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the shipped date. All tags must be attached to receive a full refund. If the return does not meet this requirement, the item will not be eligible for a refund.Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
We are not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Step 1: If you have an account, please log in and view your order to start your return process. If you checked out as a guest, please first create an account with the email address used on your order.
Step 2: If your order is eligible for returns, and is within the allowed return window, please contact customer service at contact@savingsluxe.com to start your return. Indicate your order number and the items you would like to return and someone will follow up with you to process your return.Customers who request a pre-paid shipping label will have a $14.99 fee deducted from their return amount.
Please note: We accept returns within 15 days* of delivery, unless items are marked ‘Final Sale.’ All items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
WHEN MAKING A RETURN:
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
- Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can’t send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
- Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
- Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
REFUNDS
We generally process refunds within 5-10 business days of return receipt back to the original form of payment. If you change banks/credit card info between the purchase and the return, it is your responsibility to contact your previous institution and advise that a refund will be sent to the account. Similarly, if a bank gift card was used for the purchase, please do not discard the card until you are certain the item will not be returned. Refunds will be refunded to the gift card used. Refunds will not include any original domestic or international shipping costs, including customs and taxes.
If you return an item that qualified your order for a promotion, the amount of the refund will be reduced by the prorated value of the discount. We accept returns on international orders as further described in our return policy.
Customers who request a pre-paid shipping label will have a $14.99 fee deducted from their return amount.For those who purchase 10 items or more within a 6-month period and maintain a 70% or greater return rate, we do charge an automatic 10% restocking fee calculated as 10% of the sales price of the item being returned.
